If your anything like me, you may be wondering what are some good affirmations because every time you think of using one, your mind goes blank.

Here are a few examples to get you started:

From picking up a new language or musical instrument to mastering the art of cooking, engaging in activities that challenge you to think differently can help to spark creativity and increase your self-confidence. This doesn't have to be incredibly complicated especially if you have kids. Make it fun and include them as much as you can.
